April Board Meeting

April 19th, 2021, 

6:00 pm via Zoom meeting.

Board Members present:

Jim Burnett (President), Geoff Dunbar, Tim Smith, Dorcas DenHartog (Secretary), Tiff Currier, Robert (RJ) Jones (Vice President), Matt Sherman, Krissy Flythe (Treasurer), Hannah Taska

RJ called the meeting to order - 

• Happy Birthday, RJ!
• New Board Member: Welcome Hannah Taska!
  
• Couch to 5K Check in (Krissy) - Krissy has been sending out update emails, looking at a late Spring/early Summer start, thoughts? Volunteers?
  
• In-Person Saturday morning runs (Hannah) - based on vaccination numbers and recommended precautions. 
  
• TNT (Tim) - look at CDC tracing site(1). In June. Saturdays - fewer people than Tuesday Night Track. Saturdays first - 3-4 weeks prior to Tuesday NT. - 
  
• Cross Town Mixed Use Path- (Tim)
  
• Track Coach for fall season at Sharon Academy- (Jim)
  
• Volunteer/Marshals for Dartmouth track meets-(Jim)
